Aliens Among Us!

I have an idea.

Let's give each murderer a trip to Disneyland, each burglar a new car, and while we're at it, let's give all of the pedophiles unlimited access to our daycare centers!

Pardon my language, which is English by-the-way, what the hell are they doing in California!!!!

It's bad enough that we give illegal aliens medical support, but now they want to give them driver's licenses so that it's easier for them to have access to other tax-payer supported programs. What does the term "illegal" mean to you? I believe it means that these people, however nice and needy they may be, have broken the law! They are in our country illegally!

So far it seems like we're just running a catch and release program for aliens. We catch them, deport them, and sometimes the very next day they're caught again! What the heck are we doing?

Here's my plan. We build large prisons for aliens in Death Valley. When a person is caught entering, or living, in this country illegally, they are tossed into these prisons for five years for their first offense. Ten years for their second offense and for life if they have a flat learning curve and try it a third time!

Let them do some menial tasks like the license plate makers. Or here's an idea, let them make the bricks we'll use to build the Great America, Mexico Wall. Then, they can haul the bricks to the border and build the wall that will save their fellow Mexicans from being as stupid as they were.

Without getting tougher on illegals in this country, we'll never solve the problem. And don't get me started on the amount of illegals that are already in this country. It's time for a program to round them all up as well. I say we give them a one year head start to find a way to get the hell out of here. We could even offer to purchase them a one-way ticket to their country of choosing. I'd gladly pay to send them back home...once... After that, the five year jail term kicks in.

What do you think? I bet it will work great.

And before I get a bunch of you whiney-butts thinking I am some sort of white-supremacy guy, I am not. Anyone who is legally in this country has nothing to worry about. It's not an attack on Mexicans, or Koreans, or anyone else. It's an attack on "illegal aliens". Note the word illegal!

Come on; let's hear from some of you on this one. Even an agreement would be nice.

Commandments

I’m amused at Judge Roy Moore of Alabama crying about his monument to the Ten Commandments. It amazes me that a judge does not understand the fundamental basis for our government and its views on religion.

In fact, I often shake my head listening to Christians cry that their religion is being attacked, and that this is the work of atheists who are bent on destroying religion.

Hello? McFly [knock, knock, knock on the head] Wake the heck up! It’s the very same Constitution that has allowed Christianity to flourish over the years in this country. Not only can’t you erect a Christian-based monument at a courthouse, but you also cannot place a statue of Buddha, Satan, or a pentagram there!

Just take a step back and think people. If you don’t want to see other religious artifacts gracing a certain public facility, then the Christian artifacts cannot be there either. Sorry, but it’s what has made this country so great!

I’m so sick of hearing that this is the end of the world for you folks. That keeping religion out of public things such as courthouses and schools is the end of Christianity and this country. Are you so dang insecure that this scares you?

The goal of any religion, whether you want to believe it or not, is to recruit more members and keep those that you already have your claws into. The problem is, that mainstream churches, and organized religion, are slipping away. People are getting sick of the holier-then-thou attitudes, and they are no longer afraid of the dark. No longer do we require a fictional supreme being to provide guidance and protection.

This scares many Christians, because in reality it’s not that they are truly concerned for the well-being of others, it’s that their scared to death that their little religious gang safety blanket is becoming unraveled. They can’t accept that what they have dedicated their lives too, might have been the wrong choice, and if God doesn’t exist, what will they put their faith in to cope with the stress of day-to-day living? Who will hold their hands and tell them what to do? What will happen when they die? It can’t all be for nothing!

Have some sad news for you all. Our legal system was not from the Ten Commandments, nor Christianity. Most of it came along way before the Bible and its stories. The Constitution is in place to prevent you zealots from trying exactly what you are trying to do! See some of my other entries to explain that this country was not founded by Christianity! So stop saying that it was!

Here are a few more quotes just to annoy you some more.

“History I believe furnishes no example of a priest-ridden people maintaining a free civil government." -- Thomas Jefferson, 1813

"Leave the matter of religion to the family altar, the church and the private schools, supported entirely by private contributors. Keep the church and state forever separated" -- Ulysses S. Grant, 1875

"The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state. That wall must be left high and impregnable." -- Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black, 1947

Things That Go BANG In The Night

Recently a teacher was shot on the last day of school. The widow tried to sue the gun manufacturer because the gun was not safe, or some such nonsense. I’m not professing to know anything about this case, and I actually don’t like trying to condemn court cases without actually know all of the facts surrounding them. Some of them, if the reporting is honest, are downright silly.

In the case of this teacher, the gun manufacturer has told the widow that if she continues trying to appeal the decision, thus costing them even more money trying to defend themselves, they will seek damages from her and make her pay the defense court costs.

Awe. The big business is picking on the poor widow. B.S. The reality is the gun manufacturer has zero responsibility for this crime, and should not be punished for it. Let’s look at some more examples that don’t involve the big bad guns.

Let’s sue car manufacturers because an irate women ran over her husband, who was having an affair. Let’s sue dog breeders because dogs come with sharp teeth. Let’s sue the makers of pencils and pens because we poke ourselves with them. Let’s sue the manufacturers of tennis shoes because we can trip over the laces. Geez people, get a grip!

Frivolous lawsuits are a disease of this country. If your kid gets hurt playing on the local Little League, shake it off! It was a baseball game! The whole point of sports is that you can get hurt. I would love to see a judge get these cases and just burst out laughing in the face of these lawyers and people, then tell them to get the hell out of the courtroom.

I used to love watching the judge on the television show “Picket Fences”. He would tell everyone to, “shut-up”, or “get out”. This was mainly true of this one lawyer in town that brought the dumbest cases to court.

Their should be an idiot law, so when an idiot tries to sue someone, they get fined by the court system and told to go home. Oh, and the stupid lawyer who latched onto this hair-brained lawsuit also gets tagged a pretty penny.

I really do feel bad for the widow, or anyone else who suffers a loss, especially at the hands of some creep, some criminal, some degenerate. You’ve heard it time and again, and I’ll give it to you one more time in hopes that it might actually sink in.

Guns don’t kill people. People kill people!

We all have the right to bare arms, and don’t get me started here because this right has actually been infringed on big time nation-wide! We don’t have a right to shoot teachers, or commit other hurtful crimes against anyone. The right to bare arms is for the other side of the equation, and it IS an equation. An equation, by its very nature, means that both sides must be equal. And in the case of guns, for both sides to be equal, we must have the ability to defend ourselves from the seedier side of society, and yes possibly from our own government.

After all, I view the main reason we have the right to bare arms is so that our government can’t suddenly come in with their guns and do as they please in this country. Again, it’s an equation. Our nation needs guns to help defend this great country, but we need guns to help defend ourselves from all those who may attack us, regardless of the source. Friends, family, gangs or countries.

If a company is truly negligent in their actions, then by all means call them out on the carpet and make them take responsibility for their actions (like whoever the kid got this gun from). My guns are locked in safes so this sort of thing does not happen.

Let’s go over it one more time… Everyone say it with me now…

Guns don’t kill people. People kill people.

Any questions?
